Dr. Paniccia brings more than 25 years of experience spanning semiconductor technology, silicon photonics, optical networking, cloud and data center technologies, and consumer electronics. Dr. Paniccia is currently CEO and co-founder of ANELLO Photonics. Prior to founding ANELLO, he spent more than two decades at Intel, where he held a range of leadership roles in silicon photonics and ultimately served as Intel Fellow, CTO, and General Manager of the Silicon Photonics Group. During his tenure, he led technology development and commercialization efforts and helped establish new business opportunities around silicon photonics.
